First try

a) Firstly I made esrog jam for the first time . it is the middle of coking and looks more like compot than jam - what should i do

b) I am trying to post a picture for the first time - an old picture of bayla am am not being sucsessful -any ideas ?

what is it with you guys? First Chana and now Michaeli. is this a Gourarie thing that I dont know about. Is it tasty because as I mentioned when Chana made it, Bubby Friedman made me some and it was nothing to write home about. It must be an aquired taste, enjoy.

Michaeli, add sugar and let it cook for a loooong time (2 1/2 hours or so) It boils down into a syrupy Jam. Rochel Leah its delicious, not sour at all....but its for the inyan as they say....

BTW chana my jam is really jammy now but I put too much sugar oh well it will be a "zis yor"
Rochel Leah go find an esrog and try it it is relly good and don't forget to eat it on tu bishvat

Excuse me....but we made esrog jam as well....with lots of kavonahs etc....very heilik!!! Actually it must Shimon made it not me!

Yes, freeze it. I actually froze it in little "keletchklech"to give for segulas etc
